"5 star customer service! One of our older commercial Exmark mowers had a catastrophic failure the saturday of Memorial Day weekend. (No fault of exmark, just A factor of high hours). I called todd at 8:00 am that tuseday morning for a new replacement unit. By noon it was ready for pickup with some upgrades that required the service department for installation. "
